It is week 2 of 16 for my training towards Rev3 Williamsburg. Basically, every week has 4 days that include 2 workouts a day. This means the last 2 weeks I’ve been trying to change my entire life!
I’ve had to really buckle down with scheduling and meal planning. I have very little room for lazy! I mean, I got seriously excited to have a half day Friday cause it means I have time to do workouts.
I’m really hopeful that I will get to a point where I look forward to the workouts. However, right now, I’m sleepy and hungry and it is cause of the 2-a-days 🤣
Anyone else have the same issue? How did you figure out how to make it work?
