So, as my friends politely pointed out, I have the same initials as the KT Tape that I was trying out!

I’ve been curious about KT Tape for a while. I have some nagging injuries and I was wondering if this could be a solution. KT send a couple of different options to try out!

I started with the Pro wide and tested it out on my calf and lower back. This stuff stuck pretty well! I could even feel what it had been supporting after taking off the tape.

I also tried the tape on my piriformis that hates me right now but that was harder. See, in some cases you have to get someone to help you apply it and my husband isn’t always the most helpful, or skilled at applying!

I also tried out the gentle tape on my shin splints because it had been hurting a bit but not a lot.

I’ll be honest, I wasn’t super impressed with the gentle tape. It came off pretty easy and I tested it overnight and it was off by the morning. They said the gentle tape was for sensitive skin, which I don’t have, but it was worth testing.

Where the other tapes stayed put pretty well overnight, this one did not meet the challenge for me.

All in all, I appreciate what the tape can do for folks. I’m just not sure KT Tape is for me. There is a technical aspect of applying that is just a bit to much thought for me. That being said, that wide tape on my lower back SERIOUSLY helped with sitting in a chair all day after a long bike ride!

So, if you are looking for a solution to a lingering issue giving KT tape a try is a good idea!  See if it works for you! If you’ve been looking for a reason to try them, go to http://www.kttape.com and use code BIBRAVE30 to get 30% off your order!

Best of luck and happy healing!!
