Not to run

So the decision was made to not run. I went back and forth on it and made the choice that this was not supposed to happen. I told my coach and she basically said she was relieved and was glad I got there!

I don’t feel the slightest big bad about my decision. It actually makes me feel more determined to do well at my duathlon at the end of the month!

This doesn’t mean a fantastic time wasn’t had! We went to parks

Jon ran a marathon

We did a lot of marathon cheering and supported those that did decide to run! I even managed to get a run in around all the walking!

So even when your plans change there is no need to sulk! Find the fun and make the most of it!
