Monday I started my new job. Which means adjusting everything to a new schedule. Who am I kidding? I started a work from home job, which I love, but that means I have to remember how to be disciplined. Since I’m doing trainings for work and not really working quite yet it is hard to make a schedule and stick to it.
I did schedule 3 Orange Theory workouts for this week (M/W/F) to force me to leave the house and put on real pants. I am also planning on getting in a few miles at the trail this weekend! I want to have a faster 5K so I’m working on coming up with a 5K training plan!
Mainly, I’m just trying to figure out new schedules and how to motivate myself to workout when I’m already in comfy clothes!!
