Ok Kale Chips are like crack but a healthy crack! I could literally eat these things all the time. I made my first batch the other day after kale came in my last CSA bag. They are super simple to make and it satisfies my need to munch in the evenings. I figured I would share my recipe because it is super simple!
Start pre-heating the oven to 350. I used kitchen sheers to cut the leaves off the stems. Then I tore the leaves into chip sized pieces. I washed them and dried them in a salad spinner (this made things so much easier). Then spread them onto a cookie sheet. I think it took about 4 trays to cook it all. You can cook them for about 10 – 15 minutes but I just watched until they turned brown and crispy.
This takes 3 ingredients. Fresh kale, extra virgin olive oil, and old bay (yes, Old Bay this stuff is good on everything!)

And the final outcome is super awesome yumminess! I highly recommend that you try it! You won’t regret it!

Do you have any kale recipes? Let me know how yours turn out!
